The S.T.A.R. (Spatial Thinking and Representations) Lab, directed by Dr. David Uttal, is an interdisciplinary research lab, and part of both the School of Education and Social Policy and the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences. We conduct research in a variety of areas, including spatial thinking and cognition, STEM learning, informal learning and symbolic representation.
